Healthy Low-fat Matcha Mousse Pie

Ingredients

Base

  • 40g oatmeal
  • 20g nuts and seeds (I used linseed, pumpkin seeds and walnuts)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 40ml water

Mousse custard

  • 1 tbsp speculaas spices (or sub with cinnamon)
  • 400g low fat yoghurt
  • 2 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp of Matcha powder (more or less based on your preference)
  • 1 tsp protein powder with banana/strawberry taste
  • 4 gelatine sheets

Instruction

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C
  2. Mix the oatmeal, nuts and seeds, honey and water until combined and hold together
  3. Press the mix into the baking mold to form the base and side of the cake.
  4. Bake the base in the oven for 15 mins.
  5. Let it cool down once it’s done.
  6. Meanwhile, soak the gelatin in cold water for 5 mins.
  7. Heat 3 tsp of the yoghurt in a pan and then pour the gelatine in the same pan.
  8. Mix constantly until creamy.
  9. On a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients until incorporated
  10. Pour in the warm yogurt.
  11. Continue mixing until forming a green custard
  12. Transfer it into the prepared baking mold.
  13. Refrigerate for 3 hours until the pie is stiff.
  14. Once it’s ready, serve and enjoy!

the matcha is a realy nice product. we us it almost daily. the order process is fine and deliver is good.one issue would be your associatation with SHOP i do not like this company as well as other third party companys that want to save your credit info.

Poor

I needed to contact customer service. E-mail did not exist.

NO CONTACT

I saw you sell on Amazon for less money. I tried to contact you and the e-mail was invalid. I tried e-mailing for days and the response was always the same.....invalid e-mail. does not exist. The only contact number on your website was Australia. Then I see this matcha was shipped from an Amazon facility in Kentucky - but I did not get the Amazon price! ???. I tried to file a claim with my financial institution - what a headache. I can’t rate a product that has no customer service contact. So frustrating!

Bought organic & ceremonial

I have had better matcha expected a mind blowing yummy & mind focus matcha, not so much ⭐️one star only

Ceremonial grand and the organic .

I have had a sweeter more matcha flavor in other matcha so that just tells me not all matcha are equal I give it 2 stars. I really want to love it but not as good as PIQUE brand
