This review is not about the quality of the set, but based on my customer service experience. Placed my order on April 13th, got shipping notification on April 14th, and the last shipping notification I got was April 16th saying USPS was awaiting the item in Buena Vista, CA. Emailed customer service April 22nd and received a response the same day from a member of your team saying he would inform me once he receives info from usps. I also contact usps and they stated they have no information regarding the package. As of today, April 27th, I have yet to receive any information about my order. This was meant as a gift that will now be late. Was very excited to try the set and the matcha, but this experience makes me doubt if I will order from Kenko again, unfortunately. Would appreciate this problem being solved as soon as possible. Thank you.
