This Matcha Mango Banana Smoothie is easy to make – and fast! It’s also vegan, raw, sugar-free and super healthy with fruits and vegetables like banana, cucumber, strawberry, mango and spinach. All the fruity flavors are well blended with matcha green tea to create the perfect and refreshing drink for hot summer days.

Mango Strawberry Banana Matcha Smoothie
Ingredients
4 frozen bananas
1 cucumber halved
1 handful strawberries
4-5 medjool dates
1 handful frozen mango
2 handfuls spinach
1 tsp Kenko Matcha Powder
1 cup water
some ice cubes
chia seeds (for topping)
Method
Blend everything together, except ice cubes, until combined
Add in ice cubes & blend until thick and smooth
Pour into serving jar or glass
Top with chia seeds & enjoy~
