She uses Kenko Matcha in her afternoon cup of tea or latte, and loves to have it for breakfast too. This matcha chia pudding is one of her most used quick breakfasts.
Super easy to make and absolutely delicious, the quickie brekkie will fuel you up fast for a productive and energetic morning.
Matcha Green Tea + Vanilla Chia Pudding
Ingredients
Vanilla Chia
- 1 ⅓ cup almond milk or milk of choice
- ⅓ cup chia seeds
Matcha Chia
- 1 ⅓ cup milk of choice
- ⅓ cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp Kenko Tea Matcha Powder
Method
- Mix almond milk with chia seeds to make vanilla chia
- Mix chia, milk and Kenko Tea Green Tea powder to make matcha chia
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving (Chia needs time to soak the liquid)
- Layered vanilla chia at the bottom and matcha chia on top
- Garnish with cherries, blueberries and raspberries.
