Caramel Matcha Green Tea Latte

Today we are excited to share with you a new matcha drink recipe: Matcha Green Tea Caramel Latte by our awesome customer, Mark Gamboa.

Mark has used Kenko Premium Matcha Green Tea Powder to create this simple, easy yet delicious matcha drink on his Youtube channel. He is a huge fan of matcha lattes and sometimes drinks more than one a day. You can check out hischannel here!

This recipe takes just two minutes, and is the perfect mood and energy booster for a busy morning. The special part of recipe is the delicious combination of matcha and caramel. Paired together they create an amazing kick of flavor.

Caramel Matcha Green Tea Latte

Ingredients

• 1-2 tsp Kenko Matcha powder (depends on your preference of matcha flavour)
• 1-1.5 oz.Caramel Sauce
• 2-3 tbsp (½ oz) hot water
• 3/4 cup steamed milk w/ froth
• Optional: 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Method

1. Stir well matcha, vanilla extract, hot water until no matcha clumps remain
2. Blend in the caramel sauce with matcha mixture
3. Pour matcha caramel blend in a serving glass & set aside
4. Froth heated milk in a mixer for 40-60 secs or until foamy
5. Pour milk into matcha caramel blend
6. Top with milk froth & drizzle some caramel sauce
