Instructions

  1. Combine all matcha layer ingredients in a small bowl
  2. Leave  in the fridge overnight to soften
  3. Combine chia pudding ingredients in another bowl
  4. Let set in the fridge for 10-20 mins.
  5. Blend the matcha mixture until smooth.
  6. Layer chia pudding, kiwi, and matcha oats in a glass
  7. Top with extra kiwi slices and coconut shreds.
