Tess’ Lime Matcha & Brownie Pancakes recipe is the perfect option if your mornings are busy. All you need to do is blend, pour and stack. The pancakes come in two delicious flavors, Matcha Lime and Cacao Brownie. The lime’s tanginess combined with the matcha’s grassiness creates a pleasant and summery taste with the bittersweet and rich cacao creating the perfect balance.

The recipe is 100% vegan with its egg-free and dairy-free ingredients. The pancakes are healthy as they are oil-free and packed with the antioxidants from the matcha powder. The pancakes come out super fluffy, soft and irresistible.

Lovely green color powder

First matcha purchase!

So far I have made tea cookies, raw nut/fruit balls, smoothies, and plain matcha with cashew milk and it's all good to me! Don't have much to compare it to but a chain coffee shop latte experience years ago. I learned the amazing benefits that make the cost of matcha well worth the price.

I have yet to receive my order

This review is not about the quality of the set, but based on my customer service experience. Placed my order on April 13th, got shipping notification on April 14th, and the last shipping notification I got was April 16th saying USPS was awaiting the item in Buena Vista, CA. Emailed customer service April 22nd and received a response the same day from a member of your team saying he would inform me once he receives info from usps. I also contact usps and they stated they have no information regarding the package. As of today, April 27th, I have yet to receive any information about my order. This was meant as a gift that will now be late. Was very excited to try the set and the matcha, but this experience makes me doubt if I will order from Kenko again, unfortunately. Would appreciate this problem being solved as soon as possible. Thank you.
